Project Overview:  VRD Contracting served as the single prime contractor for the construction of a new three-story, 56,000-square-foot charter school, complete with a full basement and exterior sitework. Designed to provide a modern learning environment for the Roosevelt community, the facility reflects a commitment to quality, functionality, and long-term value.
