Project Overview: The new Suffolk County Water Authority Operations Headquarters Building project is primarily composed of a two story out of the ground, new construction facility of approximately 35,190 sq. ft. The purpose of the project is to provide the SCWA with a new facility from which several different departments will operate. This is a turn-key facility with all structural, architectural and building systems completed. The building will be composed of a structural steel frame and will utilize architectural precast concrete panels with brick veneer to provide the majority of the façade and a rooftop outdoor patio area. The precast panels will be complimented by multiple large curtainwalls and an EPDM roof to complete the exterior of the building. Single Prime project.
